Description
This class explores the creation of comics as a medium, from the 19th century to present. Topics include early comics such as The Yellow Kid, the creation of Marvel and DC Comics, the advent of independent comics publishing houses. Given Northeast Ohio’s rich comics history, there also will be a focus on comics creators from Cleveland. Fall Odd Years.
