Grades Due

Fall semester final grades are due by 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2018

Graduating student grades are NOT due early.

Students: Official grades can be viewed by going to the Students Tab, Academic Information and Grade Report.
Gradebook in the online classroom is not your official grade.



 A Late Registration Fee of $165 will be assessed to returning students who register after December 1, 2018 (the day billing for spring is due).

The last day to register or make registration changes for spring 2019 classes is Friday, January 18, 2019.

May Gradutes

Graduation Applications for those planning to graduate in May 2019 or participate in the May Commencement Ceremony are due to the Registrar's Office by December 1, 2018.
The Application can be found on your Students Tab, Graduation page (on the left side of screen).




For quicker payment processing, please Log into LEO and make the payment from the Students Tab, Student Account page.

Professional Development students must log in and use the Pay Must Pay Course option on the Professional Development Tab, Register and Pay. 

Payments made without logging it take a minimum of 2 business days for processing.  eChecks may take up to a week for processing to post to a student account.

ATTENTION STUDENTS: Do you plan to register for a class offered at another institution?

All classes taken as transient work must be approved prior to registering for the class. Please stop by the Registrar's Office to obtain appropriate paperwork to be granted approval to register for a transient class. 

Steps to apply for Transient Coursework:

  1. Student meets with his/her faculty academic advisor to discuss courses and identify potential LEC requirements needed that may be fulfilled by transient work.
  2. Student reviews the courses available at the institution he/she plans to attend. 
  3. Student completes the Transient Student Form and obtains the faculty academic advisor's signature. 
  4. Student submits the request to the LEC Registrar's Office for review. The Registrar's Office will contact the student by email once the form has been reviewed. If approved, the form will be returned to the student for use during registration at the planned institution.
