Description
This course provides an overview of leadership and organizational principles central to athletic administration at the secondary and collegiate levels. Students will study major leadership theories, evaluate organizational structures, and develop vision and mission statements for athletic programs. Through case studies and applied projects, students will build the foundational knowledge necessary to create strategic plans, assess leadership effectiveness, and align athletic department goals with broader institutional priorities.
