Description

Students will be instructed on how to properly and safely perform, demonstrate, coach, and spot exercises to improve flexibility, muscular endurance, strength, and power. They will also learn how to effectively apply and manipulate the acute variables of exercise to bring about desired training adaptations to improve athletic performance. This course follows the standards and guidelines of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
