Description

A studio course in preparing the performer?s body for work in the theatre. The course will introduce the student to the
tools of amplification, equilibrium, opposition and physical characterization. The student will learn a variety of exercises
from different training methods, such as Michael Chekhov technique, Meyerhold?s biomechanics and the Polish Laboratory
Theatre?s plastique exercises, as well as a variety of performance techniques, such as clowning and tumbling.
