Description

This module is orients around identifying and diagnosing conflict and learning strategies and techniques for creating a positive and constructive workplace environment. Other topics include the role of persuasion in conflict resolution, how to build and maintain supportive relationships, and the role cognitive bias plays in workplace conflict. The learner will learn to implement strategies for managing conflict in the workplace.

â€Understanding the role of persuasion in resolving and managing conflict
â€Using transformative methods to resolve conflict by recognizing mutual needs and interests. mediators focus on empowering disputants to resolve their conflict and encouraging them to recognize each other’s needs and interests.
