In this skills mastery module, the learner will learn how to make the right process, sequence, and interpersonal choices to support successful negotiating and conflict management, emphasizing the workplace. By reviewing real-world circumstances and applying relevant concepts using scenarios and simulations, participants in this course will understand how to analyze the interests, constraints, alternatives, and perspectives of various parties that will lay the groundwork for successful negotiation and conflict management.
