Description
This course explores human resources and supervisory responsibilities within interscholastic and collegiate athletics. Topics include equitable hiring practices, legal compliance, staff evaluation, professional development, conflict resolution, and communication strategies. Students will engage in case studies, simulations, and applied projects to prepare for supervisory roles in athletic administration, ensuring alignment with legal, ethical, and institutional standards.
