This course provides graduate students with a comprehensive overview of legal principles and risk management strategies that shape athletic administration. Emphasis is placed on negligence, liability, contracts, waivers, and compliance with governing bodies. Students will engage in case study analyses, draft policies, conduct audits, and create emergency action plans that ensure both legal protection and participant safety.
