Description
An introduction to the legal system, with emphasis on the law as it
affects business relationships. Historical, social and moral factors
are examined in an attempt to convey the dynamic nature of legal
rules. Topics include the creation, nature and enforcement of legal
obligations; the law of contracts from common law to the Uniform
Commercial Code; sales under the Uniform Commercial Code;
business ethics and the law.
