Description

Pre-Requisite(s): Power-Up and Honors students or instructor permission
A course designed to engage students in a successful first-year experience through a more in-depth understanding of the Pathway to Empowerment (P2E): self-discovery, development strong personal attributes, creative problem solving, and balancing personal and professional goals with the needs of others. The primary focus of this course will be on advancing students? process of self-discovery through assessments and activities where students apply their individual results in team-based scenarios. Students will begin documenting their most impactful learning experiences by maintaining an ePortfolio that can be used throughout college and beyond. Students will also work alongside their peers to develop community service projects while applying their unique strengths.
