Description
This course addresses curriculum design appropiate for affective, cognitive, physical and social stagesof the preschool child through early primary grades. This course provides a knowledge core in development theory, content knowledge, inclusion and methods of presenting materials in an interdisciplinary program. Teacher candidates will plan, teach and assess lessons appropriate to early childhood audiences. The integral role of the parent as an educational partner is examined.
