Description

This course is a study of psychological learning theories and their application to the classroom. Topics under study include cognitive and linguistic development, the development of self, social skills and morality, group differences, individual differences and special needs, learning and cognitive processes, knowledge construction, high-level thinking skills, behaviorist views of learning, social cognitive views of learning, motivation theory and
instructional strategies.
