This intensive, graduate-level course provides K-12 educators with immersive, real-world experiences in Ohio's high-demand industries - such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, computer science, broadband/5G, and skilled trades. Participants will engage in industry site visits, job shadowing, panel discussions with professionals, and collaborative curriculum development. The course emphasizes the integration of experiential knowledge into classroom instruction to align student learning with regional workforce needs. Educators will design standards-based, project-driven instructional materials to vring career-connected learning into their teaching practice.
