Description

Understand and apply the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) structures (DLT, BLT, TBT).
Analyze and interpret various forms of student data.
Engage in effective shared leadership and collaborative decision-making.
Implement cycles of continuous improvement in instructional practice.
Contribute to the development and progress monitoring of building/district improvement plans.
Participate in and facilitate productive TBT meetings focused on data-driven instruction.
